Q: How deep can you actually go i was seeing on the description you can go 3ft deep but can you actually go deeper with a tighter Tie??
A: Thank you for showing interest in our products. We don't recommend using full face snorkel masks ( from any brand) for diving as the base design of this type of mask is not compatible. When diving deeper than 3ft, you need to equalize pressure by holding your nose and gently blowing - since this type of masks covers your nose, it becomes impossible to do this important maneuver. It's also worth noting that a full face snorkel mask contains a lot more air than normal snorkel equipment. Bellow 3ft, this air creates uncomfortable pressure on your mask, making it feel very tight.
Q: Can i wear glasses with mask?
A: I don't believe so as where the arms would go to your ears would create a gap on the seal of the mask letting water in. The seal does not enclose your ears. I do not where glasses though. I really like the masks,
Q: Can I wear my mask with glasses?
A: No, the design and functionality of a full face snorkel mask does not make it compatible with wearing glasses at the same time.
Q: Can I wear the full face mask with a mustache/beard?
A: Full face mask’s function on the principle of forming a perfect seal with the face. A beard that comes between the mask and your face can easily break the seal. You can wear the mask with a mustache or small goatee if the hair doesn’t touch the rubber edges of the mask.
Q: Fins are too small and/or not comfortable
A: The fins come with an inner padding. If the fins seem too small or uncomfortable make sure to remove it
Q: Is the mask leaking something normal?
A: Our full face snorkel mask is designed with a smart water draining system. Because minor leaks are normal with any type of full face snorkel mask, we equipped the Ocean View with a one-way drain valve that helps you drain the water from your mask without taking it off. When water gathers at the chin area, gently blow inside your mask to start the drain valve.
Q: The fins are too small or too big for my feet, what should I do?
A: The fins are one size only and not for professional use. If they are too small, you can wear them with special swimming socks. Sadly, if they are too big for your feet, you will not be able to use them.
Q: Can I deep dive with the mask?
A: The OceanView is NOT designed for deep diving or power swimming. This product is for leisure use only.
Q: Something broke or needs replacement
A: Please contact us before leaving a bad review. Our customer service team is 100% dedicated to solving your problem in the best, quickest way possible.
Q: I am not happy with the product or services
A: We are 100% dedicated to offering you the best services. If you have any problem with your product, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our absolute best to fix it. but you cannot have anything that can break the seal, even a beard will cause the seal not to work right. I hope this helps.
Q: I saw a review saying you can't dive down with this mask. Is that true?
A: My husband and I took turns wearing this mask and both liked it. He dove down repeatedly with no trouble. I only dove down once (I’m not as aggressive a snorkeler as him!) and found the mask created unpleasant pressure against my face, but tolerable. No water got in at all. We were in 8-12’ of water.
